The staff here are so nice and quick! Even when it&#39;s packed, they remember little things and make you feel at home. Perfect for catching up with friends.

The rotating flavors are a nice touch. Cookies &amp; cream and maple walnut were both pretty good. The texture was decent, maybe a touch too sweet for my taste.

The house-made pasta is the star. Got the chef&#39;s special amatriciana. The guanciale was crispy, and the tomato sauce had a nice peppery kick. The pasta itself had a great bite to it. That&#39;s really what you come for.

The Spaniard restaurant inside Hotel Alba offers a unique Spanish tapas and South Florida fusion menu, making it a delightful dining experience. The ambiance at the back bar is particularly nice, especially during happy hour with live music by the pool.
