TheForkUserSurprised the only booking we could get for 4 on Friday or Saturday was 5.30pm. We took it. Great service, great menu, a wine list to complement. Whatever you do, leave room for dessert. Presentations are superb, taste matches. A Beaumes de Venise is a good match to finish with.

After 45 minutes, we asked staff to check as tables that arrived after us were getting their food , and she didn't come back to let us know what was happening. Realise it was a busy night , but an update was needed !

Had the Milky Lane burger which said double smashed pattie , double cheese, but only had 1 layer, patty was slightly on the burnt side. Fries were tasty and crunchy, For the almost $20, I think Hungry Jacks do a better burger. Place plays hiphop music, but the kind I like.

TheForkUserWe had a lovely post Christmas lunch with friends. The food was delicious, drinks arrived on time, and water was served. As it was a very hot day more water arrived at the table which was very much appreciated.Our waitress, who’s name we didn’t get, but who had just come back from a 5 day break, was just delightful, with a happy smile on her face at all times, and nothing was too much trouble for her. It was so nice to have someone who actually seemed to like being at work.Thanks for a lovely couple of hours.
