The crab on the seafood platter was so fresh, and they give you all the little tools to get the meat out. Perfect for a fun group dinner!

The place looks simple from the outside, but the food is where it shines. Had the lamb stew with local herbs. The meat was incredibly tender, just fell apart. You can really taste the quality of the regional produce they use. A solid find.

Service was quite good. They were friendly and helpful, even after the kitchen was closed. They made us a simple pasta dish, which was nice.

The cod was cooked perfectly, flaky and moist. I had a glass of crisp white wine with it, which really brought out the flavor. Service was friendly and efficient. A solid choice for a relaxed dinner.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Service is relaxed, which is nice when you're not in a rush. The setting is lovely. Got the chicken sandwich, came out fast. Good for a bite between meetings.

Stopped by when everything else was shut. The burger was solid, and the local cider hit the spot. Just what you need on a quiet evening.

The monthly pizza had a nice thin crust, cooked just right. The toppings were fresh and worked well together. Friendly service too. A solid choice for a casual bite.

The pear dessert. It's the only thing I remember from Sunday lunch. The texture was spot on, not too soft. The sweetness was just right, didn't overpower the fruit's own flavor. A very clean finish. That's what I go for.

The fish of the day was fresh and the oysters were spot on. Simple, honest food at a fair price. Staff were friendly and efficient. Made for a good, unplanned lunch stop while in the area.

Loved the secluded terrace for our girls' night! The food looked so pretty, all vibrant colors on the plate. Service was super welcoming and professional. A really nice spot to catch up.

A reliable spot by the marina. The food is consistently good. I always notice how comfortable the chairs are here – you can sit for a long chat without feeling rushed or getting a sore back.

Quick lunch spot. Burger was solid, juicy and cooked right. Service was fast, got my order in under 10 minutes. Exactly what I needed for a midday bite.

Service was really nice. They refolded my napkin when I stepped away, which was a cool little touch. Felt looked after without it being too much.

Le Comptoir Libanais in Cherbourg is probably our favourite restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing - you can taste every delicious ingredient. Superb and very highly recommended. C&C

Came in for a drink. The vibe was pretty good with the background music, and the view is definitely the highlight. The waitress was nice. A decent spot for a casual evening.

Been coming here for years. The daily galette specials are always solid, and the staff takes time to explain them. Food feels a bit more refined than your average spot. A little pricier, but you can tell the difference.

The galettes are so generous and the fries are homemade. A friendly family-run spot with great value.

The seafood was really fresh. They even brought out a little birthday treat, which was a nice surprise.

The split pea and butternut squash soup was lovely today. I really appreciate how the menu changes, it makes choosing easy. The chairs are comfortable too, which is a nice touch for a longer lunch.

Lovely spot right by the sea. The dining room has a cozy, bistro feel. Service was really good. We had the sweetbreads and the scallop risotto, both were pretty nice. A decent meal overall.

Good but not great food. Service was very good and the atmosphere was quite correct. A good meal,at a fair price.

The oysters were the highlight of our trip. Fresh, briny, perfect. The chicken crumble main was a surprise—tender, with a great savory topping. A really solid meal.

A cozy little creperie. The savory crepes are huge and surprisingly creative. The service felt personal, like they actually cared. A nice, quiet spot for a simple meal.

The owner was so kind to make space for our daughter's wheelchair. The mussels and fries were very good, and the view of the port is lovely. Prices are reasonable. A comfortable spot for us.

Came for dinner on a quiet Tuesday. The view of the fishing boats unloading at night was the real highlight. Service was friendly and they spoke English, which helped. But honestly, for the portion size of the main course, the price felt a bit steep.

Simple charm and traditional menu like we’ve enjoyed in French visits over the past 50 years. Superb oysters. Strongly recommended.

The grilled octopus was the standout. Tender, with a smoky char and just the right chew. The chickpea puree underneath was smooth and added a nice earthy note. That's what I'll remember.

Came for a casual lunch. The grilled octopus was surprisingly tender, and the pasta had a nice al dente bite. Prices felt fair for the quality. A solid neighborhood spot.

A nice spot after sightseeing. The menu is bilingual, which was helpful. The ingredients in my salad tasted really fresh.
