Been here a few times with friends. The food is always spot on and the prices are decent. Just a heads up, check your bill - we had a tiny mix-up once, but they fixed it right away.

Perfect for a quick lunch. The pasta was fresh, flavours were spot on. Got my order in 10 minutes, ate at the counter. Exactly what I needed.

They handled our big group without any fuss. The space is versatile, felt just as comfortable for a quiet dinner as it did for our work do.

The stonebaked pizza was really good, and they have a nice selection of beers. But the best part for me was the olives – honestly the tastiest I've had in ages.

Quick bite at lunch. Food came out fast, the nibbles were spot on. Place is dog-friendly, which is a plus. Got a bit loud when the game was on, but fine after. Good for a speedy lunch.

The barman knew his stuff, suggested a great local ale to go with the pie. Perfect spot for a pint in such an old building.

Found this spot and tried their new karaoke rooms. The manager was really nice and helpful, which made the whole evening easy and relaxed.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always spot-on, even when packed.

The steak and ale pie was so rich and flavourful. The crust was a bit firm for me, but that filling!

Saban was so friendly and attentive, really made us feel looked after. The vibe in here is just right, not too loud but still feels lively.

The location is very central, making it a great spot to grab a bite before heading to the theatres or shops. The menu offers a variety of options at reasonable prices.

The bottomless brunch here is fantastic! Our server Simon was attentive and made sure we never ran out of drinks. Highly recommend for a fun outing!

Came in after a walk in the park. Sausage rolls were the highlight. Flaky pastry, proper filling. Busy but service stayed on point.

The fish supper was so fresh, you could taste the sea. It came out steaming hot, and the batter was just right. That first bite made the whole evening.

Came with a big group and they handled it so well, no stress at all. The set menu is a solid deal, the lamb skewer was spot on.

The fish pie is a solid choice. It’s reliably good, with decent flavour. The portion was fine, though I’d have liked a touch more sauce. A nice, comforting option.

Lovely spot with a really nice vibe. The decor is stylish but still feels warm and inviting. Even the loos were spotless, which is always a good sign.

Was fully booked but they squeezed us in. Staff were super chill about it, no fuss. Just a nice spot for a spontaneous dinner.

The garlic bread with cheese is a must-order to share! It's so good we almost didn't leave room for the pizza 😅

The hake and chips were a real standout. First time trying it, but I'll be getting it again. Portion was generous for the price.

Decent spot for a cosy meal away from the seafront. The booths are comfortable for a quiet lunch.

The staff were so thoughtful with our birthday celebration. Really made the evening.

Been coming here for Sunday roasts for ages now. The beef is always spot on – never dry, always that perfect pink in the middle. That's why I keep coming back. The dessert menu's a killer though, always takes me ages to pick one!

Chef Tina popped by our table to say hello, which was such a nice touch. You can really feel the family-run vibe here. It made our little catch-up feel extra cosy. The food was good, but that personal moment was the best bit.

Lovely staff, never felt rushed even when we lingered a bit past closing. The beef stroganoff was the star for me – tender meat, a really nice creamy sauce.

First visit. Food was beautiful. The grilled octopus starter especially. Atmosphere was lovely. Staff were nice. Prices about average for the area.

Great spot for a drink. Staff were really friendly, gave some solid tips about the neighbourhood.

Lovely old pub, the fire was going which was so nice. Had the steak pie, the beef was really tender and the pastry was spot on. Just a shame the bench seating was a bit hard, but the staff were very friendly.

A decent spot for a quiet afternoon. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even with the football on the telly. Good for a pint and a read of the paper. The staff are fine, though service can be a little slow when it gets busy.

Popped in for a quick bite and saw they have a whole menu for dogs. My pup got a little bowl of something, seemed happy. Nice they think of them.
