Loved the garden seating. Had a coffee and a slice of their carrot cake out there. Really peaceful spot to unwind for a bit. The cake was moist and not too sweet. Perfect for a quiet afternoon.

That passionfruit lemon poppyseed loaf is a sweet one, for sure. But I had it with an unsweetened matcha latte, and the pairing really worked. The bitterness from the matcha cut right through the sweetness. Nice spot.

Came for lunch, the crispy chicken sandwich was spot on. Had a local IPA with it, the hoppy bitterness cut through the bacon's richness nicely. Bright space, felt relaxed. Sandwich is a bit pricey, but worth it for the quality.

Been coming here for years. Their vanilla date latte is the one I keep getting. Just the right amount of sweetness, you can actually taste the date. It's different, but in a good way.

Love that Local Roots has fresh groceries and ready-to-eat options. The prepared foods I tried were clearly made with quality ingredients. The back patio is a nice touch for a quick lunch.
