Loved the warm, woody interior and the chill music. It&#39;s a perfect place to unwind with a book or chat with friends. The coffee was rich and well-brewed, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The chicken doner with homemade bread was good&mdash;bread tasted fresh, meat was sliced a bit thick though. Sauces could use more punch.

The thukpa here is solid. Asked for a veggie version with tofu and they didn&#39;t blink. Big bowl, lots of flavor. Portion size is almost too much for a lunch break, but I&#39;m not complaining. Quick enough service if you&#39;re in a rush. Definitely my go-to spot when I need something warm and filling.

The catering spread was a hit at our party. Curries, noodles, satay, spring rolls &mdash; all solid. Service felt professional, no hiccups. Maybe just slightly oily on the spring rolls, but nobody complained. I&#39;d order again for a gathering.

The cumin lamb was really good&mdash;crispy outside, juicy inside. Spicy dishes here have actual flavor, not just heat.

Good, fresh ingredients, with mostly good outcomes! We ordered a Greek salad for table, very nice. We also liked the Tzatziki and Carrot Salad. The shrimp was outstanding! The falafel and hummus were disappointing. Wine selection isn&rsquo;t great. Very nice in backyard under the trees!

The chicken pie was decent, though the filling lacked that proper British kick. Nice range of pies and goods though. A glass of red would&#39;ve helped it along.

The owner remembered us from last visit, which was nice. Had the mushroom soup again, still good. Portion was decent for the price. Place gets busy around noon, so you might wait a bit. But the soup makes it worth it.

We&rsquo;ve eaten here a few times now, mostly for the sustainable options. Food&rsquo;s been pretty consistent&mdash;fresh, well-prepared, nothing overdone. Service was fine, maybe a bit slow midweek, but it didn&rsquo;t bother us much. Room feels calm, not too loud. Decent spot if you&rsquo;re in the area and want something reliable.

The building looks a bit rough from the outside, but the terrace view is really nice. We sat outside and had a relaxed lunch. Service was friendly, nothing over the top, but they got everything right. Food came out fresh and hot. I&rsquo;d come back if I&rsquo;m in the area again.

Dropped by for lunch and grabbed the goulash soup. It was rich, hearty, exactly what I needed on a cold day. Owner was friendly, made the place feel welcoming. Nothing fancy, but solid. Maybe a bit slow if you&#39;re in a rush, but I didn&#39;t mind.
