The burger was a bit of a mess, honestly. Spicier than I was ready for, too. But the fries were crispy and the milkshake hit the spot. Staff were polite.

Paul at the West One Eccles branch is great. Really calm and actually listens to sort things out. You don't often get that in fast food.

Always stop by for a morning coffee. It's reliably good. The pastries are usually warm, which is a nice touch. Tried a flat white today, and it paired well with the croissant. A solid, uncomplicated start to the day.
