Fantastic location in a historic castle overlooking a small peaceful pond with innovative delicious cuisine. Highly recommend

When we arrived for our 2000 reservation, it seemed they were not ready for us. No problem, we understand it is early in Spain. The venue is spectacular. I would say it’s like “farmy” with a modern chic feel. We loved the venue! The service was very good. We had several servers that were very nice to speak English for us, even though we were the ones that should speak Spanish. The food came out quick but there wasn’t much follow-up. Regarding the food - we had gyoza (they were spot on). We also had spicy edamame and they were fresh, spicy, and crisp. We had the Bobila Poke bowl and it was the star of the show. The mix of flavor from seaweed, avocado, rice, salmon, and even apple all went well together. We also had sushi. Unfortunately this is where I think things were not top notch. Most specifically with the salmon and tuna roll. Our tuna roll looked like my 7 year old daughter rolled it. There was very little fish, a lot of rice and one of the pieces had almost no tuna in it. The salmon roll was similar. The problem is the fish should be the star of the roll but it was the rice that was prevalent. I really felt let down with the sushi. That being said, the fish was fresh and the taste was spot on. If we return, we would probably eat every bit the sushi.

Carlos, our waiter, really knew his wine list. Suggested a local red that went perfectly with the lamb. The food was solid, classic local stuff. That pairing made the evening.

Perfect spot for a quick drink after work. Love their non-alcoholic options too. The indoor terrace is handy for a smoke break. Relaxed vibe, easy to chat.

The sushi rolls here are so colorful! I really appreciate the variety, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. A nice find in Banyoles.

The paella was really good. We had a big dinner here and the price was decent. The staff were pleasant, and I appreciated how comfortable the chairs were for a longer meal.

The tuna puff pastry pockets were so flaky and buttery. The chocolate sticks were a nice touch, but I wish there were a couple more on the plate! 😅

Cozy spot with a nice terrace for outdoor dining. The ambiance is pleasant, and the space feels quite open. Food was decent, though service was a bit slow on a busy evening. A fine choice for a relaxed meal.

We arrived a little early for our 20:00 table and had a cocktail. The dining room was partly full but a separate party was outside. After being seated we waited for 15 minutes to get a menu. After another 15 minutes we had only received some water and while looking around saw that hardly anyone but the outside party had been served food. As we had a table that could see into the kitchen, you could tell that it was pandemonium. As no one came to take our order and dinner was unlikely to ever arrive in our lifetime, after 30+ minutes we left.

Kitchen opens at 20:00. Tapas were fresh and well-prepared. Clean restrooms are a plus.

The salmon tartare was really fresh, and the turbot was cooked just right. But honestly, the best part was the whole vibe of the place. The lighting was soft, and the tables weren't crammed together. Just a really nice, relaxed spot to enjoy a meal.

The staff were so thoughtful to bring a highchair for our little one. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming.

Been coming here for years. The portions are always generous, and the local wine they serve is solid for the price. It's just a reliable spot.

Nice spot for families with kids. The outdoor seating is spacious, and the kids' meals are actually decent.

The vibrating token for waiting tables is a smart idea. It meant we could grab a drink at the bar downstairs without hovering by the host stand. That part was really convenient.

Loved the vibe here. The space is so warm and inviting, with these lovely wooden tables and soft lighting. It just felt really comfortable to linger over a meal. The food was solid, and the wine was a nice match.

The staff were really friendly and had great suggestions. They helped us pick a wine that went perfectly with the pasta. Made the whole thing feel easy and welcoming.

The ice cream was incredible. I just loved the texture, so smooth and rich. The waffle was warm and crisp, a perfect match. The staff had such genuine smiles, it really added to the vibe.

The location on the square facing the beach is lovely. But for the price, the portion of the grilled fish I ordered felt a bit small. It was tasty, just left me wanting a bit more.

The tiramisu was just right, not too sweet. Had it with a glass of their local Grenache—a lovely, simple pairing that hit the spot.

Service was efficient and professional. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, which I appreciate. Good for a business lunch.

The three-course set menu was a decent deal. I liked the fish with fondant potatoes and leek cream sauce best. The other courses were fine, though the dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste.

The fish was cooked perfectly and looked stunning on the plate. A nice view of the harbor, too.

The mille-feuille was the highlight. The pastry layers were incredibly crisp and buttery, and the vanilla cream filling had a perfect, clean flavor. It's exactly what you'd expect from a MOF patissier.
