A cozy spot with friendly staff. The service was attentive, which made for a comfortable lunch. The pasta was pretty good, though the portion was a bit on the small side.

The patio is a nice spot on a summer evening. Their selection of craft beers and German lagers on draught is pretty good. I found the service a bit slow, but it was a fine place for a relaxed drink.

The dining room downstairs is so soft and cool. A real escape from the street above. The lamb bhuna was rich and deeply spiced, just what I needed on a damp evening.

We were very disappointed in the lack of menu.  If you don&rsquo;t want pizza or burgers there is very little choice, nor is there a children&rsquo;s menu. Lovely dining area and bar, staff were very attentive.

The rhubarb margarita was the star. A really clever twist on the classic, perfectly balanced. Rest of the cocktail list looked promising too. Just a solid spot for a well-made drink.

The beef shin toastie was the star for me. The meat was so tender and rich, and the sourdough held up perfectly. The scrambled eggs with mushrooms were good too, creamy and full of flavour. Really enjoyed the vibe here, even midweek.
