Very difficult place to find, but the food was decent we might have ordered the wrong thing. The hot plates that the other got looked great!Staff does not speak English

Great drinks and the staff even gave us a free round. The sausage dogs wandering around were a nice touch. Place had a good vibe.

Highly recommend for this Skybar if visiting Phnom Penh.  Able to see the independence monument and nice city view.  3 in one location&hellip;. restaurant, bar on level 26 and indoor music lounge to dance on level 25.  Delicious food and cocktails.
