The spring rolls are very local, with various vegetables wrapped inside, and you will feel very refreshing when you bite them. Curry beef is the first choice for people who love curry. The curry is extremely rich and the beef tastes moderate.
Finally, order a big coconut, fill it with ice cubes, and take a sip, it is simply heaven on earth [sad]

Khmer Kitchen is a popular restaurant in the area. It has a Chinese menu and currently only accepts cash. Fried spring rolls are a common dish in Southeast Asia and are crispy and delicious.
Khmer Kitchen is located at Street 8/ Pub Street, Siem Reap 17252, Cambodia It is a clean place on Pub Street. The service is comparable to that of a five-star hotel, and the food is delicious. A three-piece set was given to me right away, and they also thoughtfully helped me put my schoolbag. The towels all smelled like petals, and they were refreshing after wiping. I ordered the national quintessence beef, which was cooked perfectly. The drinks were amazing, with a kind of beauty from Angkor, like a lotus and heaven. At the end, they also gave me fruits and towels. This was the best meal I had in Cambodia for more than ten days.
It is considered authentic Khmer cuisine. The overall taste of Khmer cuisine is a bit sweet. Whether it is delicious or not is a matter of opinion. The mango smoothie here is different from that in Thailand. It may be added with milk, a bit like a milkshake, and it uses green mangoes, and the taste is not bad. The grilled fish is good, the curry tastes very light, and the taste of the spring rolls is hard to describe. None of the four of us like it very much. Amok is just a few vegetarian dishes, and I don’t know how to cook it. It’s also average. The service is very good and enthusiastic. Seeing us take selfies with our mobile phones, they took the initiative to help us take pictures. Among the Internet celebrity stores, the price of this one is very cheap.
This is a popular online restaurant. You can take the TUT bus right at the intersection of the old market. There are Chinese annotations on the store name. When you go in, you will find that it is full of foreigners and tourists. The food is good, the store is clean, the service attitude is average, and the price-performance ratio is very high. When you order, the waiter will tell you which dishes are similar and not to order the same again. It's very nice. It's much better than other BBQs!
The overall feeling is good. I ordered the recommended dishes. It is more acceptable to Chinese people. Fried water spinach, amok, spring rolls, dumplings, hot and sour soup, grilled pork chops are all good. If you are not used to spicy food, you should not consider ordering hot and sour soup. I personally feel that it is not spicy enough and the spice taste is strong. The avocado milkshake is good.
We ate at this restaurant twice because my mom said it was delicious. The service was excellent, and the hotel front desk staff recommended it to us. The portions aren't very large, so my mom and I usually order three dishes. On our first night, we ordered a coconut fritter for $2, which wasn't sweet at all, and the fish amok for $5.50, which was a real hit with my mom and me. The deep-fried pork ribs for $5 were too dry and tough! The beef stir-fried with spinach for $4.50 had the spinach all sticky, but it was still quite tasty. We also got a takeaway of fresh spring rolls for $2.50, which, aside from the cilantro, were also quite good. Our second visit was the afternoon before our flight. It wasn't crowded, and I thought there would be plenty of empty seats. We ordered a mango shake for $1.50, which was pretty average. We also ordered a bamboo shoot and coconut milk soup for $4.50, a chicken and vegetable noodle soup for $4.50, stir-fried shrimp with cashews for $4.50, and a takeaway of seafood fried yellow noodles for $4.50. Fried rice is $4.50. I think if you go with a large group, you can try different dishes. If you order more cooked dishes, like we did with noodle soups and fried noodles, the value for money might not be as great, but overall, the taste was very good and suited our taste perfectly. I recommend bringing friends. Apparently, the restaurant doesn't take reservations. Once you get a table, you can go upstairs. There are two floors, and the waiters are very friendly. After you order, they'll go over the menu. Refills are free. There's no service charge, but you can tip if you like it.
It's also at the intersection of Pub Street, and the location is excellent. It's easy to find and clearly visible, with the restaurant name in Chinese. The red and white tablecloths inside make it instantly recognizable. I think this is the restaurant that best suits my personal taste after all the Khmer meals I've had. The amok fish was excellent with rice, but the curry wasn't as impressive. The grilled chicken is my wife's favorite. Overall, the food was excellent, but there's no air conditioning. The service was excellent, and they came over several times to ask if I wanted more rice, seeing that I was finishing quickly. The pineapple beef was just average.
