When I was in transit in Halifax, I ordered a hamburger and a cod roll from Ed's Bear at the airport. The cod roll is available in a certain season and is only available in the four Maritime Provinces of Canada. The cod is relatively tender and the fish meat has no taste. It tastes good only when paired with sauce. I waited a long time after ordering it and almost missed my flight.
