Le Bureau de Poste

The St-Jean neighborhood is my favorite in Quebec City. It is definitely the first choice for art lovers and city walkers.

🌟 Mus&eacute;e national des beaux-arts du Qu&eacute;bec (Figure 2-3)
The city walk starts from the art gallery. There is a rich collection of Quebec art, and the exhibits span several centuries, vividly presenting the art history of Quebec. The building itself is also a work of art.

🌟 Plains of Abraham
Next to the art gallery is the Plains of Abraham. It was once a key historical battlefield, and now it is a vast green space in the city. The lush trees are a good place to relax.

🌟 Rue Saint-Jean (Figure 5-13)
The narrow cobblestone streets, with various small shops hidden in every corner, from antique bookstores to retro record stores, all exude a strong European old city style. The underground bar mentioned in the previous article is also on this street.
It happened to be the weekend market and community music festival at that time. The live performances of rock bands and street performers made the whole area full of vitality.

🌟 Le Billig (Pictures 14-15)
French bistro, famous for its French crepes. The duck leg confit crepes are delicious. I was sitting on the street eating brunch, and a passerby saw my crepes and exclaimed: &quot;oh...wowwww...looks good!&quot; It can be seen that the appearance is very good.

🌟 Le Hobbit (Pictures 16-17)
Quebec-style cuisine attracts many local diners. The salmon tart is amazing! Lao Li, who doesn&#39;t eat salmon much, kept praising it for being delicious. The cracker with the tart has a strong milky flavor and is super delicious.

There are many craft beer brands in Quebec City. Among them, the St. Roch district is good for shopping and drinking at night🍺

🌟Noctem Artisans Brasseurs St-Roch
Pictures 1-8. A cat-themed craft beer! For canned beer, different flavors correspond to different cats, so cute🐱Industrial style decoration and dark atmosphere, super cool. Every evening when I come, the outside is full of people.
I strongly recommend one of their appetizers-fried duck heart. I was amazed the first time I came, and I came again the next day and ordered two at a time. It was so delicious! !

🌟La Barberie - Microbrasserie
Pictures 9-10. Unlike the industrial style of Noctem, this microbrewery with a high reputation in the St. Roch district has a community store feel, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The yard is also full of people.
The beer is really cheap, a beer flight of eight glasses is $24, and I was shocked by the portion after it came up. This way of drinking feels like drinking craft beer in Cologne, Germany.

🌟La Korrigane - Brasserie artisanale
Figure 11. This tavern is famous for its hand-brewed beer. Korrigane attaches great importance to the use of local raw materials. The backyard faces the pedestrian street, which is not as comfortable as an independent small courtyard like La Barberie.
Because I was full after the previous eight cups😂 I only ordered a lager here, which was not bad.

🌟La Cuisine
Figures 12-14. After drinking until midnight, it was finally time for supper. I just found a bar and restaurant, and the unexpected surprise was that there was a Techno DJ here! Eating and dancing😂 Many young people from Quebec come here to drink and chat at night, which is very lively.
