The taro popsicle was the move. Sweet, creamy, weirdly good after the poke bowl. That cauliflower rice bowl was light but still filling.

Food was solid and the place has a nice vibe, but honestly the portions felt small for the price. Had to double-check if they took card before ordering, which was a bit annoying.

The flan here is seriously good&mdash;smooth and not too sweet. I almost skipped dessert but glad I didn&#39;t. Staff were nice too.

The guacamayas were legit. Crunchy bread, good amount of meat, that spicy salsa on top did the job. Tosticarnes also came through, well seasoned. Tastes like something you&#39;d actually get back in Zacatecas, not the usual Cancun tourist stuff. Portion was decent for the price. I&#39;d grab one again if I&#39;m in the area.

The shrimp and oysters are the move here. They cook them right in front of you, so you see exactly what you&#39;re getting. Cocktail list is solid too. Place was chill, but honestly I was just focused on the seafood. Shrimp had good char, oysters were fresh. That&#39;s all I need.

The Bigotes were solid, flaky and buttery. Hojalodra de Jamon hit right too, that ham filling was savory without being greasy. Frappuccino was just extra, sweet enough to balance the salty pastry. Menu&rsquo;s got a ton of stuff, but those two are the ones I&rsquo;d order again.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. The homemade pasta is a highlight that shouldn&#39;t be missed!

While the drinks at Congo Bar are plentiful, they can be a bit watered down. However, the overall experience with the entertainment and vibe makes it a fun place to visit.

Stopped by for a quick lunch, got a slice and a salad. The pizza was fine, standard fast-food stuff. Crust was a bit chewy, but the veggies on my salad tasted fresh, which I appreciated. It&#39;s not a place I&#39;d go for a relaxed dinner, but it works when you&#39;re in a hurry. Price was fair for what you get.
