Came for the eggs benedict and stayed way longer than planned 😅 The play area kept the kids busy while we sipped sparkling wine&mdash;that giant bird&rsquo;s nest is such a vibe. Coffee was solid too.

The slow-braised lamb was the standout. Meat fell apart with zero effort, rich and deep flavour. Portion was decent for the price. I&rsquo;d skip the sides though, they didn&rsquo;t add much. Just stick to the main.

Fish tacos were fresh and had good spice though. View over the dam is nice if you grab a good spot. Just wish the portions matched the bill.

The gardens are gorgeous and that fireplace really sets the mood. Had the 3-course with wine pairing, rack of lamb was cooked properly. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, got stiff after a while.

The outdoor seating has such a nice view over the valley, honestly could sit there all afternoon. Staff were pretty attentive too, made it easy to just chill with friends. 🌿

The gnocchi were proper fluffy, best I&#39;ve had in a while. Sat out in the courtyard under the vine, nice spot. Staff knew their wine too.

Stopped here on the way through the winelands. Setting is beautiful, quiet. Did the wine tasting next door first, then had pizza and pasta. Food was solid, well prepared. Service was efficient, no complaints. Worth the stop if you&#39;re in the area. Maybe a bit busy at lunch, but overall a decent spot.
