The bayleaf and chocolate ice cream was a real highlight. Such a clever flavour combo, it worked perfectly as a palate cleanser. A really creative way to finish.

Portions are huge for the price, and the free toppings are actually decent. Can't complain.

The fish and chips were spot on for a team lunch. The space is bright and airy, which made it a really relaxed vibe.

Been coming here for years, and the Full Eastern breakfast is the reason. Always exactly as I remember it – the eggs just right, the sausages with that same bit of spice. It’s the one thing I know won’t change.

Love how calm it is inside. Grabbed a window seat and it was so peaceful, hardly anyone dining in. Perfect for a quiet meal.

Came with a big group of 20. They handled it all so smoothly, no stress at all. Food was decent, but honestly, the service is what stood out. Just really easy.

Been grabbing the vegan deluxe burger here for years. Quick, reliable lunch spot. Staff are always friendly. It's just a solid, no-fuss bite.

The staff were really friendly, even when we were there quite late. They sorted out a small mix-up with our order quickly and without any fuss. It made for a relaxed, hassle-free meal.

Cosy spot, loved the fried hake and tartar sauce. The fireplace and the old pendulum clock really add to the vibe, even if the clock was a little slow.

Great selection of cakes. The carrot cake was moist, and they had a solid vegan pecan shortbread. Appreciated the variety for different diets. Enjoyed a strong black coffee with mine, a simple but good pairing.

Service is generally fine here, though I've had a couple of mix-ups with my order. The staff I've spoken to have been pleasant enough.

Freshly cooked Indian food at a great price. Love the outdoor seating for people-watching.

The flat white was spot on, really smooth. I liked that they keep the menu simple, lets them focus on getting the drinks right. The space itself is nice, clean and modern, good for just sitting with a coffee.

The staff here are so lovely. They noticed my friend struggling with her crutches and brought everything over to our table without us even asking. Really thoughtful touch that made our catch-up so much easier.

The team here is genuinely lovely. Always smiling, remembered my name from last time. That kind of warm service makes you feel right at home.

The staff are always so friendly here, which really makes a difference when you're catching up with mates. The food is just your classic takeaway stuff, but it's always solid and hits the spot. A good, reliable choice for a casual group dinner.

The recent refurb is lovely, feels fresh and modern. I really liked the vibe, it's a comfortable spot to just sit and enjoy a meal.

Nice spot for cyclists. The coffee's good, and the homemade cakes are lovely. It's never too packed, so you can actually relax.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. They didn't mind at all when I asked about a dairy-free option for the main course, and their suggestion for a starter was spot on. Made the whole evening much easier.

Been coming here for years, and the sports bar area is always spot on. TVs everywhere, friendly crowd. Parking's a bit tight, but that's the only gripe.

The staff are so lovely here, really friendly and helpful. They even brought water for my friend's dog! Food was tasty, prices are decent. It does get busy though, maybe book ahead if you're in a group.

Popped in before catching my train. Had the grilled sea bass with lemon butter. Fish was cooked just right, skin nice and crisp. The sauce was a bit too rich for my taste, but the veg on the side was fresh and well-seasoned. Decent spot for a quick, proper meal.

Been coming here for years. Staff are always friendly, they remember my usual order. It's a comfortable spot, never feels cramped even when it's busy. A reliable local.

Love the community feel here. Had the vegan full English breakfast - really tasty and actually filling, especially for the price. Staff are lovely, makes it a welcoming spot.

Service was quick and friendly. Staff remembered our drinks from last time. Felt like a proper local spot.
