Love how light and airy it feels in here. The split-level floor and wooden ceiling give it a really open, welcoming vibe. Just a nice place to sit and unwind.

Came for the weekend live music, stayed for the drinks. The house red was surprisingly decent for the price, really complemented the laid-back vibe. Music was a bit loud for conversation, but that's fine for a casual night.

A decent spot right by the Taff Trail, very handy for cyclists. The beer garden is nice when the sun's out. Food was pretty good, though my chips were a touch cold. Would pop in again.

The tasting menu was a delight. I really appreciated how fresh and vibrant the ingredients were in each course. The wine pairings suggested were thoughtful, though I would have loved a non-alcoholic pairing option too.

Stumbled upon this spot. The espresso was strong and smooth, and the nata was spot on. Really liked the vibe in here.

Turkish eggs were tasty, the ginger tea was lovely. But the tables are a bit too close together, felt like I was sharing my neighbour's conversation.

The Pad Thai was spot on, really flavourful. Ryan swapped out a starter for us without any hassle, which was nice. Sweetcorn fritters were good too. Solid spot for a casual bite.

Loved the little garden out back! It was perfect for catching up with friends over coffee. So much nicer than being inside on a sunny day. The space is small but really cosy.

The coffee is really good here. Staff are friendly and efficient, which is nice for a quick stop. The breakfast sandwich I had was solid, though the bread could have been a bit warmer. A reliable spot for a casual bite.

Lovely quiet spot. Perfect for a relaxed breakfast when you're near the uni. Just sat with my coffee, watching the light through the window. So peaceful.

The hanging kebab was a fun presentation. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted.

The food here is amazing and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal without breaking the bank.

The food tastes so authentic, just like in Thailand. I really appreciate how fresh and vibrant the ingredients are.

Service was pleasant and the pasta was pretty good. The waitress was attentive without being overbearing. A solid meal overall, though the portion felt a bit on the smaller side.

The steak was exactly medium-rare as I asked. The peppercorn sauce was rich and had a nice kick. Veggies were crisp and well-seasoned. A solid, straightforward meal.

Been coming here for years, and the burger deals on certain days are still a solid reason to swing by. Portions are generous, which is nice. The kids' menu is a decent size too, keeps the little one happy. It's just a reliable spot for that.

First time trying the Lamb Cawl here. It was so rich and hearty, really hit the spot on a damp evening. The broth had a deep, savoury flavour that was just right.

Food came quick and tasted good. Drinks were decently priced, especially for the city centre. Not a bad spot to grab a bite.

The fish and chips were solid, a proper generous portion. The fish was flaky and fresh. I had a local pale ale with it, which cut through the batter nicely. Classic pub grub done right.

The vegetable lasagne was really nice and filling. I appreciate that they have both vegetarian and vegan choices clearly marked on the menu, makes ordering so much easier. Good, honest food for the price.

Found this place tucked away and the food was spot on. Their lamb curry had real depth, and the sommelier suggested a bold red that cut through the richness perfectly. A bit on the pricier side for the portions, but the pairing made it worthwhile.

Parking was a bit of a hunt on a Friday evening. Had to circle the block twice before finding a spot a few streets over. Not a huge deal, but something to factor in if you're on a tight schedule.
