Friendly service, relaxed spot. The beef leg sirloin hot pan was good, tendon was soft. The jaew sauce really worked with it.

Large space, good for a casual bite or even working. Got pretty packed on a Saturday though, had to circle a bit to find a seat.

Good coffee selection here. You can pick your own bean for the brew, which is a nice touch. The medium roast I had was solid. A bit pricey for the cup size, but the quality is consistent.
