The cakes here are perfect for parties! Not too sweet, which my friends all loved. We had two for a birthday and the flavour was just right. Everyone kept asking where they were from.

The Iberico ham is the reason I came. Sliced perfectly thin, that rich, nutty flavour is just incredible. A bit pricey, but you're paying for the real deal. Worth it for a treat.

The salt beef and tongue sandwich was a real treat. I appreciated how comfortable the seating was, and the staff were very friendly. It made for a relaxed lunch.

A comfortable, spacious spot in Soho. The service is always friendly and attentive, which makes for a really pleasant meal.

A lovely family-run spot. The full English is spot on, and it's a nice, spacious place to catch up with friends over a cuppa.

The festive gingerbread and cinnamon scent hits you as soon as you walk in. I tried the chai & pistachio cookie—you can really taste the fresh spices. The penguin biscuits were cute, but a touch sweet for my usual taste. A lovely spot for a seasonal treat.

Anand’s drink suggestions were spot on. Good service, and the place has a warm, lively feel.

Aviary Rooftop is a gem in London, combining breathtaking views with delicious food. The Bakewell tart is a must-try, and the service is always friendly and professional.

Selected for Bars in London

First time dining solo here and the staff were so nice about it. They didn't rush me at all, just let me enjoy my book with my pasta. Felt genuinely welcome, which isn't always the case.

The Sunday roast sharing feast was fabulous, with amazing roast meats and side dishes. The location offered a great view of the canal, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Lovely evening in the garden with live jazz. I ordered from the à la carte menu and was pleased with the variety of fresh, seasonal ingredients. The house white was a nice touch. Staff were attentive without being overbearing.

The wrap was massive and so tasty! Perfect for a quick catch-up with friends, and the warm bread on the side was a nice touch.

The afternoon tea here was delicious, and the service provided by Maria was wonderful. I highly recommend this experience!

Staff were friendly and quick, just what you need in a busy station spot. The bar had a decent selection of wines by the glass, which was a nice surprise. My glass of red went well with the simple pasta I grabbed.

Lovely little spot! I was drawn in by the cake display - so many choices, all looked so pretty. Ended up trying the lemon drizzle slice and it was just the right amount of sweet and tangy. Staff were really nice too.

The food is solid and reasonably priced. Their wine list has some nice, approachable options that pair well with the hearty dishes.

Coffee's the real star here. Had a flat white that was just right, smooth and not too bitter. Perfect spot to grab a quick cup.

The team here really knows their stuff. Our server suggested a fantastic local red that paired beautifully with the lamb. They were spot-on with the allergy check, too. Made for a relaxed, worry-free evening.

Lovely spot for my baby shower. The afternoon tea spread was impressive, lots of fresh, vibrant options. I really appreciated how they handled my dietary request for the sandwiches—everything felt thoughtfully prepared. A very pleasant afternoon.

Clean spot, simple vibe. The food's the star here. Had the grilled chicken with lemon sauce - juicy, flavourful, just right. A solid, no-fuss meal.

Always a treat to come back. Those chips are honestly the best—crispy outside, fluffy inside. Just a note, they switch to the daily menu in summer, so no Sunday roast then.

Been coming here for years, and the new menu is a solid update. The lamb shank I had last week was fall-off-the-bone tender, just like their classics. Good to see they're keeping things fresh without losing what works.

The pho broth was light and fragrant, really clean tasting. The banh mi had a soft baguette packed with meats and pickled veggies. Just what I was hoping for from a local spot.

The Chicken Tikka Flatbread from the new lunch menu is the thing. The smell from the street is what got me. The sauce has a slow heat, and the chicken is really tender. Ate it too fast, honestly.

The cheese and drawing workshop was a nice way to spend an afternoon. The local cheese selection was solid, paired with some rustic breads. I enjoyed a glass of their regional red with it, which complemented the flavours nicely. A relaxed, low-key spot.
