The staff was so kind about letting us pick our table. They checked in just enough, never hovering. It felt thoughtful, not rushed.

The cocktails here are so creative! I loved the guacamole and the braised beef short rib nachos. Perfect for sharing with a couple friends over a long catch-up. The vibe is just right for that.

Been coming here for years, and the staff is always on point. Even when it's packed on a Friday, they handle our big group smoothly. Never feel rushed. That's why I keep coming back.

The smash burger is always fantastic. Crinkle-cut fries are crispy and the house-made ranch is a standout.

The chicken and grits box is a solid choice. The eggs are nicely scrambled, and the chicken is tender. I did wish the grits had a bit more seasoning. The real star was the house bloody mary I paired with it—spicy and savory, it cut through the richness perfectly.

The NC oysters with chili butter and gremolata were perfectly balanced.

The pork belly pho broth had real depth. Went with a crisp lager, which cut through the richness nicely. The spring rolls were a solid side. Portions are big, no complaints there.

The Moroccan lamb meatballs were a standout. The spices were spot on, and the poutine fries were a fun, hearty pairing.

Loved the vibe here! The bar area was buzzing, perfect for catching up with friends. It felt upscale but not stuffy at all. We grabbed some drinks and just hung out for hours. Great spot for a group.

Nice spot to bring the dog. The outdoor area is perfect for a casual drink in the afternoon or evening.

Good drinks list that actually goes with the food. Staff is on it and friendly, not stuffy. Makes for a nice, relaxed dinner.

Been coming here for years, and the guacamole is still the reason. They make it right at your table, fresh every time. Always tastes exactly how I remember.

The dim sum plates are decently priced for the portion sizes. We shared a few and left pretty full.

The focaccia on their sandwiches is fantastic. The coffee cake donut was the real star for me. I wasn't a fan of the matcha, so I'd probably pass on that next time.

I noticed the staff wiping down tables and sweeping the floor throughout my whole meal. It's a small thing, but it really does make a difference in how comfortable the place feels.

We always order their catering. The portions are huge, and they sometimes throw in a bonus dish that everyone ends up raving about. Their in-house buffet is solid too.

The wood-fired pizza crust was so crisp! I also grabbed an order of garlic knots on a whim, and they were a total win. 😋 The dough was soft and buttery, just the right thing to start with.

Stopped in for a treat and was so happy to find Nanaimo Bars! My friend loved her almond croissant. The staff, like John, were really welcoming. I always appreciate when a place feels genuine and the ingredients taste fresh.

Been coming here for years. The space is huge, lots of tables and that big bar. Love that it's in the old Brightleaf building. Food's always solid.

The parking lot next to the restaurant is pretty small. Had to park a couple of blocks away on a Saturday night.

Love that you can build your own arepa here. The plantains are fresh, and their sauces are solid. Just a chill spot to grab a bite.

The garlic naan had a great smoky flavor. The chickpea salad was a solid mix of salty and sweet.

The staff was so on top of it! One of my friends is lactose intolerant, and they surprised her with a dairy-free sorbet for dessert without us even asking. It's those little things that make a place perfect for catching up with friends.

The falafel platter with lentil soup is a solid choice. Pita bread is fresh. Appreciate the clearly marked vegan options on the menu—makes ordering efficient. Good for a quick business lunch.

Server knew the menu well. Suggested the Japanese honey buns and chargrilled oysters. Both were spot on. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. Made the dinner smooth.

A decent Krispy Kreme. The donuts are pretty good. I usually call first to see if the 'Hot and Ready' light is on—their hours for that can be a bit limited sometimes.

The dill pickle fries were a fun twist, and the pecan bread pudding shooter was a nice little sweet bite. The space itself is really cool, with a sort of industrial-chic vibe that makes it a comfortable spot to hang out for a bit.

The portions here are huge, definitely meant for sharing. We split a pasta and still had leftovers. Good quality for the price point.

Brought my family here last weekend. The kids devoured the Chicken 65 and momos, no complaints there. My highlight was the goat coconut curry - really flavorful and tender. The naan was better than I remember, too.

Chase was a really attentive server. The steak itself was a bit under-seasoned for my taste, but the sides and dessert were solid. Got a nice deal on the whole meal.
