Convenient location just outside Stratford with plenty of parking. The fish and chips portion was huge, easily enough for two. Price was fair for what you get.

Lovely old-world charm, the building is beautifully maintained. The bar area is particularly nice - had a great cocktail that paired well with my starter. A bit pricey for the drinks, but the setting was worth it.

It&#39;s a great pity though that the Tuna Abrizzese Salad -- their best dish and featured as the illustration on this page -- is no longer on the menu. In fact there are no salads on the menu at all except for side salads -- as a vegetarian that is something that I really miss.I&#39;d also like to see a proper automatic door system fitted. The current front door is extremely heavy -- my mother can&#39;t open it on her own so doesn&#39;t go there any more without help. Worse than this, the door sticks fully open quite often as people leave, and when it&#39;s freezing outside if you&#39;re sitting by the window then it gets very cold very quickly. Small things which could make a big difference to our experience as regulars at this great restaurant.
