Always a nice spot. I appreciate that the menu clearly marks the fresh, seasonal ingredients. The grilled vegetable plate was a standout - you could really taste the quality of the produce. It's a good idea to book ahead, as it gets quite busy.

The duck red Thai curry is my go-to. It's never greasy, which is a huge plus for a takeout spot. Just had it again tonight, and it's always spot on.

Been going here for years. Love that you can bring your own bottle, keeps the bill down. Had a nice, simple meal last Friday, just felt like a relaxed night out.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. Staff were friendly and efficient, got my order out fast. The chicken wrap was fresh and hit the spot. Good for when you're in a rush.

Lovely rustic pub, perfect for catching up with friends. The outdoor seating was a nice touch on a sunny day!

Great for a big group dinner. The team sorted everything for our booking, really helpful. The buffet had a good selection, everyone seemed to enjoy it. A couple of dishes were a bit lukewarm by the time we got to them, but overall it worked well for the occasion.

Loved the Gandhi Special curry here, such a unique dish! Perfect spot to try something different with friends.

Been here a few times. They're good with allergies - swapped out toppings on my pizza, no fuss at all. Makes it easy to eat out.

Been coming here for years, and it’s always the same. That’s why I keep coming back. The beer selection is spot on—they’ve kept the same ales on for ages, and they’re always pulled properly. Just feels reliable.

Birthday dinner for ten in the quieter section. The service was attentive. What stood out was the freshness of the ingredients—the greens in my starter were crisp, and the fish tasted just-caught. A lovely, simple meal.

Fran and her team are so lovely, really make you feel at home. It's the perfect spot for a relaxed catch-up with friends. The vibe is just right, not too loud so you can actually hear each other! Service was spot on.

The lamb jalfrezi here is spot on. Came out steaming hot, really generous portion too. The rogan josh was just as good, perfectly cooked. Can't fault it on that front.

Decent portions for the price. Had the chicken curry, plate was full. Good value for a proper sit-down meal.

The woodland setting is peaceful, but honestly I'm here for the food. The venison pie was the standout - rich, tender meat in a flaky pastry. That's what I'll remember.

The grilled cod was lovely, and they had a decent house white that went nicely with it. The batter was spot on.

Popped in for a quick bite. The place is really cosy and clean, felt relaxed just sitting there. Good spot for a casual family dinner.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Their summer cooler was exactly what I needed. Decent portions, got the discount too. Food came out fast, no fuss. Just what you want on a busy day.

Lots of veggie and vegan choices here, which I really appreciate. The waiter suggested the roasted cauliflower starter – it was so fresh and flavourful. The portion was a touch small for the price, but the ingredients tasted really high quality.

A solid local spot, always busy. Service is efficient, they get you in and out without fuss. Good for a quick lunch between meetings. Prices are fair for the area.

Love the vibe here during the holidays. The mulled wine is fresh and the whole place just feels so warm. It's a really nice spot to unwind.

This place consistently serves some of the best Indian food I've ever had. The quality of the ingredients shines through, and the dishes are always cooked to perfection without excess grease.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. The takeaway sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Had mine in the courtyard with a pot of tea - service was prompt. Good for a business meeting nearby.

Managed to get a table as a walk-in, which was a nice surprise. The lamb bhuna was packed with flavour and the peshwari naan was still warm from the oven. Really hit the spot.

The portions here are huge, I could barely finish my plate! Food was tasty, though a bit pricier than I'm used to. Still, felt like a solid deal for what you get.
