I passed by Baise on my way to Guizhou and stayed in Baise for one night. The tour group did not include meals at night, so I found this restaurant near the hotel. The lights in the restaurant were bright and clean, and the fried black rice dumplings tasted fragrant and glutinous, which was a pleasant surprise. The grilled fish was a little dry, but the taste was good. The lettuce was fresh and sweet, and with beer, the total cost was 124 yuan, which was moderately priced.

去贵州路过百色，在百色住了一晚，旅行团晚上不包餐，就在酒店附近找到这家食肆，店里灯光明亮整洁，煎黑粽口感香糯，很是惊喜。烤鱼稍微干了点，味道也不错，油麦菜鲜甜，加上啤酒，共124元，价格适中。

【口味】特别的好，比较正宗的。【环境】还不错的呢，环境比较安静，然后嘞干净。【服务】服务特别的到位，以后还会来吃，带着家人一起。

This snail noodle shop is so crowded during mealtime... You have to queue up for a seat! When you walk into the shop, you can smell a unique and strong smell. I asked for non-spicy noodles, but the bowl of noodles I was given was covered with red chili oil... I almost cried... I had to put the chili oil aside... The noodles were chewy and smooth. The peanuts were rare and crispy.

Fengchu Folk Restaurant is located on Dongzhou Avenue in Baise City. It is an antique restaurant with two floors. The first floor is the lobby, which is decorated in a relatively simple way; the second floor is a private room.
[Kelp Soup] The standard meal for tour groups, the soup is watery and only tastes salty.
[Fried Mountain Fish] The mountain fish is relatively large, very fresh, crispy and delicious.
[Fried Egg] The eggs are very fresh, cut into multiple pieces, and the plate is exquisite.
