When we eat donkey burgers here, the locals aren't really into fancy variations. They just stick to the old shop's version – the meat is tender and the burger is crispy. This place is alright; they give a generous amount of meat, though the braised donkey burger is a bit too salty.

I stopped by on a long drive once, and since it was close to the highway exit, I grabbed a bite. The environment was indeed very clean, no doubt about it. I suggest this if you're in a hurry; eat first, then get on your way, saving time.

The baked flatbread is freshly made, crispy and layered. The donkey meat is tender and juicy, and very flavorful when eaten together. Parking is convenient.
