Sujia Jinbing's donkey meat hot buns are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a golden brown exterior and a smooth, crunchy texture. The meat is delicious. One bite is full of oil without being greasy. Cornmeal porridge and pickled vegetables and chili peppers are complimentary.

I bought donkey intestines for my family and donkey meat sandwiches for myself. They were very authentic and clean.

The food was delicious, the place was clean and hygienic, and the service was attentive!
