This restaurant is a combination of Shandong and Shanxi flavors. The decoration style is also in the Jin-Lu style. The environment is elegant and clean. I recommend Wu Dalang&#39;s pancakes and Pan Jinlian&#39;s pickles. These two names are also intoxicating.

This shop&#39;s small cakes are made with animal-based cream, giving them a very light and airy texture. I&#39;ve researched the ingredients, and they&#39;re definitely healthier than vegetable-based cream. I recommend going between 2 PM and 4 PM; the freshly baked batches are the best.

The waitresses at this restaurant were incredibly friendly! A group of friends and I were having dinner together, and she kept smiling as she refilled our water and explained the dishes to us &ndash; she felt like a friend! 😊 The atmosphere was also fantastic, perfect for chatting with friends. We absolutely loved it!

I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant before, and they gave me a lot of freebies. They provided ice jelly, shaved ice, a bowl of longevity noodles, and a fruit platter. The condiment station was well-organized, so I could easily get my own.

I&#39;ve tried their slab-grilled fish with vinegar and soy sauce before; the fish was indeed tender, and the sauce was flavorful. However, I recommend eating it while it&#39;s hot, as the sauce can get a bit greasy when it cools down. You can also order an extra serving of the side pancakes; they&#39;re even better for dipping.

涞源铜锅烩菜绝了！那个汤底特别浓，里面料给得超足，你们是不是也爱吃这种炖得烂烂的菜？山蘑炖柴鸡里的蘑菇吸饱了汤汁，一口下去鲜得我直点头哈哈。

Laiyuan copper pot stew is amazing! The broth is incredibly rich, and the ingredients are plentiful. Don&#39;t you guys love this kind of stewed dish that&#39;s cooked until it&#39;s soft and tender? The mushrooms in the stewed chicken with wild mushrooms soaked up all the broth, and one bite made me nod in approval, haha.

This shop is just like my grandma&#39;s kitchen when I was a kid! The moment I walked in, I smelled that familiar, homey atmosphere, and the calendars and enamel mugs on the wall made me feel like I was in a dream 😂 Don&#39;t you guys love this kind of vibe too?

之前来这家店，菜量是真的大，两个人点三个菜根本吃不完。建议你们点单的时候悠着点，别浪费。
