The pork belly sizzled on the grill, its fat slowly seeping out, filling the small booth with its aroma. Wrap a piece of freshly grilled meat in lettuce, add some kimchi, and take a bite—it's incredibly satisfying.

The waiter was incredibly quick to change the grill pan, always coming over to replace it just as it started to char. Grilling the meat slowly while chatting with friends made time seem to slow down; it was very relaxing.

We love to have apricot tea with barbecue here, and this one tastes pretty authentic. It cuts through the greasiness and goes perfectly with the meat.
