My family, does anyone know what I mean? I passed by this shop today and was drawn in by the aroma. I ordered their signature shrimp and three-delicacy dumplings. The shrimp were huge, and they were so bouncy when you bit into them. The shrimp and chives wrapped in egg were so fresh I almost swallowed my tongue. I only planned to eat a few, but I finished the whole plate. Now I'm so full I'm just strolling around on the side of the road to digest, haha.
This dumpling place is really good. The wrappers are so thin you can see the filling, and they're freshly made and cooked to order, so they taste incredibly fresh. I went there for lunch the other day, and it wasn't crowded. I ordered chives and egg dumplings; the filling was quite light, not too salty or greasy, perfect for taking the elderly or children in the family. If you're going, I suggest arriving early, before 11:30 am, otherwise you'll have to wait in line. Oh, and remember to bring a thermos; their dumpling soup is free, but you have to bring your own thermos, haha.
I'm so grateful to this place!! 15 pieces a serving for that price, what more could you ask for? And the taste is really good. When I went the other day, I also ordered a cold dish, which was so refreshing and helped cut through the richness. You definitely have to try that cold dish if you go; I'm addicted to it, haha. By the way, how many of these do you usually order?
