Zhili official cuisine, a treasure of traditional Chinese cuisine, showcases exquisite culinary skills in every dish. I savored not only delicious food but also the flavor of history and the allure of culture. Every bite revealed a perfect fusion of tradition and modernity, leaving a lasting aftertaste.
Donning traditional Chinese attire, I felt as if I had traveled back to the Qing Dynasty. The solemnity and dignity filled me with awe, allowing me to experience the cultural atmosphere of this official banquet even more deeply. This immersive experience made me feel like I was transported back to that prosperous era, engaging in a dialogue with history.
Beyond the delicious food and experiences, the performances at the banquet were also a highlight. The song and dance performances and original indoor melodrama were imbued with cultural depth and showcased breathtaking craftsmanship. As the roast duck chef carves the duck, the light and shadow fall perfectly on his focused profile. The sound of the duck skin splitting under the knife is crisp and clear, like stepping on fallen leaves in autumn. The pancakes are soft, and when you roll up two slices of duck meat dipped in sweet bean sauce, one bite makes you feel completely relaxed.

For just over ten yuan, you can fill your stomach&mdash;that&#39;s such a great price! The food comes out incredibly fast; are you often in a rush? I can&#39;t resist buying one every time I pass by, haha.

The Angus beef patties from Big Mouth are absolutely amazing! The patties are super thick, and the juices burst out when you bite into them! 😭 Paired with smoked beef and fried onions, the texture and flavor are so rich and complex. At this price, it&#39;s totally worth it!

When I visited this restaurant before, I specifically reminded everyone that their seafood platter must be eaten while it&#39;s hot. Once it cools down, the fishy smell really kicks in. Last time, I was distracted taking pictures, and the taste was noticeably worse. I suggest you start eating as soon as it arrives.

菜品方面，李鸿章烩菜、抓炒鱼片、总督豆腐、锅包肘子、鸡里蹦、鱼子酱烤鸭这几道招牌菜都很受欢迎。尤其是锅包肘子，外皮酥脆、内里软嫩，用饼卷着吃特别香。
