Passing by this little shop late at night, I ordered a plate of spicy tofu skin and a clay pot of vegetarian meatballs. The tofu skin was sour and spicy, which was very appetizing. The clay pot was still steaming hot when it was served, and the meatballs were soft and tender, soaking in the soup. Sitting by the window, looking at the dim streetlights outside, I felt completely relaxed.
There aren't many seats on the second floor of this restaurant, so you often have to wait for a table during peak hours, and sometimes you can only sit near the entrance. I suggest you go early to get a seat further inside, otherwise you'll have to shout to get a table.
The ingredients at this restaurant are indeed fresh, but the flavors are on the heavier side. The braised pork I ordered was a bit too salty, so I suggest telling the owner to use less salt when ordering.
