顺溜米线(北河沿店)

I was so touched by this place when I passed by late at night! It was the only one on the whole street with its lights on, and surprisingly, you could even order inside. I ordered their signature beef noodles; the broth was piping hot, and the beef was incredibly generous. The owner said they're open until 2 AM, so this is a lifesaver for late-night snacks! Do you often find yourself starving in the middle of the night too?

Locals don't usually come here specifically to eat. But their signature braised pork rice is really good; it's enough to fill you up for just over twenty yuan, and during mealtimes it's mostly people working nearby.

There are fewer and fewer small restaurants like this around here. The owner is really warm and welcoming, like a close relative.
