Very good, I will come again next time and bring other friends, it is worth a visit. Especially bring a few children to experience western food. In Baoding area, Xiulan Western Restaurant is quite good, better!

The taste is good, the environment is elegant, and the price is fair

I&#39;ve been to this restaurant before, mainly for their mushroom soup. It really has to be drunk while it&#39;s hot; the flavor isn&#39;t quite as good when it&#39;s cold. I suggest that after ordering your dishes, don&#39;t rush to cook the meat; drink a couple of bowls of the broth first&mdash;that&#39;s when the umami flavor truly shines.

The aroma of noodles wafted out as I pushed open the wooden door. The shop wasn&#39;t crowded, and sunlight streamed in through the windows. I ordered seafood dumplings and cucumber and egg dumplings, which arrived steaming hot. The thin wrappers revealed a hint of the filling&#39;s color, and each bite was bursting with juice, especially the cucumber and egg ones&mdash;they were refreshingly light, like a breath of fresh air on a summer evening. I sat there slowly, enjoying my meal, and a sense of tranquility settled over me.

我们这边吃罩饼，其实本地人不太去那些网红店。他家汤头确实可以，牛肉也给得实在，一两肉铺得满满的。但说实话，饼泡透了吸饱汤汁，比肉还香。

When we eat braised flatbread here, locals don&#39;t really go to those trendy restaurants. This place&#39;s broth is indeed good, and the beef is generously portioned, with a full ounce of meat. But to be honest, once the flatbread is soaked in the broth, it&#39;s even more delicious than the meat.

我们这边本地人常去的小店，就藏巷子里。其实外地游客不太找得到，老板认识好多老街坊。

The shops that locals frequent are tucked away in the alleys. Tourists from other places don&#39;t usually find them; the owners know many long-time neighbors.

蒸饺还行吧，馅儿挺鲜的。配的小菜可以，看个人口味。

The steamed dumplings were alright; the filling was quite fresh. The side dishes were okay, depending on personal preference.
