This place has a really wide variety of skewers, from meat to vegetables, and they also have cold dishes and casseroles to choose from. The flavors are quite pleasant, and sitting by the window to eat slowly makes me feel completely relaxed.

The fish tofu was fried perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—clearly made with fresh ingredients. You absolutely must try their signature soup; it's incredibly delicious. I recommend going early, as it might be sold out by then.

The "dipped tripe" at this shop is really well done; the braising sauce is completely absorbed. The spiciness is well controlled—mildly spicy, but you can still taste the chili aroma. The owner is very attentive to customers, proactively asking about their taste preferences.
