This barbecue beef noodle shop was a pleasant surprise. For just over twenty yuan, you can get a very filling meal. The atmosphere inside is lively, with the sounds of people and the sizzling of grilled skewers blending together, which is surprisingly relaxing. Sitting in a corner watching the smoke slowly rise, all my worries seemed to dissipate along with it.

This restaurant is so affordable that you can eat your fill for just over 30 yuan per person, which is perfect for students. I suggest you go early, as it gets very crowded during peak hours and the food takes a while to arrive.

Locals around here don't really go to these kinds of places. The decor is alright, but grilling skewers yourself is really hard to control the heat; the meat easily gets overcooked.
