The shredded potatoes were served still carrying the smoky aroma of a wok, with a tantalizing fragrance of vinegar. Each bite was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, with a mild, pleasantly sour flavor that didn't overpower my taste. Watching the sky slowly darken by the window, I finished the whole plate before I knew it.

The portions are really large; three dishes are definitely not enough for two people. I once chose their private room when I treated clients to dinner; the privacy was decent, and the price wasn't as high as I expected. I recommend trying it for larger groups, but don't order too much and waste food.
