The fish on a stone slab with soy sauce and vinegar is indeed very flavorful; I've ordered it before. However, I must warn you that their fish is freshly killed, so the wait time is at least half an hour. If you're in a hurry, I suggest not ordering this, or calling ahead to ask how long the wait will be.
This restaurant serves a very filling meal for around 60 RMB per person, and the portions are generous. If you have a big appetite, you can order their signature braised pork belly, which is enough for two or three people.
I've tried their slab-grilled fish with vinegar and soy sauce before; the fish was indeed tender, and the sauce was flavorful. However, I recommend eating it while it's hot, as the sauce can get a bit greasy when it cools down. You can also order an extra serving of the side pancakes; they're even better for dipping.
