香酥鸭(建华大街店)

I'm always drawn in by the aroma of roast duck as I pass by, and I can't resist pushing open the door and coming in. Sitting by the window, I watch the chef carve the duck, the fat trembling gently. I dip it in sweet bean sauce, roll it up in a pancake, and bite into it—the crispy crust melting on my tongue is so comforting. As dusk slowly falls outside, this warm bite instantly soothes away all the day's fatigue.

The owner is very welcoming and will proactively ask if you want extra condiments. I noticed that they offer free extra condiments, and they're quite generous with them. I suggest ordering "extra condiments" directly when you order; it's more cost-effective than adding them later, and you'll get to eat quite a bit more.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! Their signature braised pork belly is incredibly fragrant; the fat melts in your mouth – it's indescribable! However, it might be a bit too rich for summer, but I definitely have to come back when it gets cooler!
