I came to this shop specifically for their donkey meat sandwich. The crust is indeed crispy, crumbling with every bite, and the donkey meat is tender and doesn't get stuck in your teeth. I highly recommend adding the chili oil they have on the table when you eat it; just drizzle some on yourself and pair it with some pickled vegetables, and the flavor will be just right.

It's right next to Baoding Station; I found it while strolling around. The navigation was quite accurate. I came in the evening, and the store was warmly lit with soft music, which instantly made me relax.
