Today, Saturday, after work, I passed by the main store of "Tian Ji Rabbit Steak" located opposite the Diabetes Hospital Branch on Xiangyang North Street. I thought of buying two rabbit chops to take home for a drink. Looking at the bright lights on the store's door, I saw four or five salesmen busy with online orders after entering the store! I thought there were only a few rabbit steak products in the store, but when I looked, there were dozens of categories such as various braised dishes, stewed pig's trotters, stewed fish roe, chicken feet, beef tendons, and braised beef. It seems that I am out of date! The hygiene of the counter selling products is also very good. Because there are many customers, I quickly bought them and took a close-up photo and rushed home to have a drink!

The rabbit chops were incredibly flavorful, with tender yet slightly chewy meat. My friends and I chatted and ate them, and before we knew it, the whole plate was gone. We also tried the duck heads, wings, and crab claws, but this was the one we craved the most. I'll probably order it again next time.

Rabbit cutlets with beer are absolutely amazing! It's so refreshing to have some on a summer night. The spiciness is just right, not too spicy. Even I, who can't handle spicy food very well, found it perfect!
