Here, we value the freshness of fish, and their wooden bucket fish soup base is indeed excellent, as are the tender fish slices. However, locals generally wouldn't make a special trip just for this. The bamboo shoots and cucumber shreds, on the other hand, are cut quite crisply.

The proprietress is really nice; she even drove to the intersection to pick us up when we went before. This kind of service is rare these days.
