Juxiangyuan Donkey Meat Old Shop is located on the side of National Highway 107 in Caohe Town, Xushui District, Baoding City. It is a long-established shop with many customers. The fire-baked donkey meat is crispy, fat but not greasy, lean but not dry, and 9 yuan each, which is cheaper than the ones in the city, with more meat and better taste!

The dumpling wrappers at this restaurant are absolutely amazing! They&#39;re thin yet don&#39;t break at all, and they&#39;re smooth and moist when you bite into them. The fillings are also incredibly generous! There are many flavors to choose from, and my friends and I ordered three or four different kinds, and none of them were bad.
