Fumei Private Kitchen is a great western restaurant. Their dishes are authentic and delicious. Their ingredients are of high quality. A thumbs up. Their service is attentive and enthusiastic. Their environment is elegant.

惠灵顿牛排是现做的，酥皮确实有奶香味。不过我们这边本地人吃这个的不多，主要是配的鹅肝有点腻了。

The Wellington steak was made to order, and the pastry did indeed have a milky flavor. However, not many locals around here eat this, mainly because the accompanying foie gras is a bit too rich.
