蜀倾城(华光路店)

Located in a ground-floor shop in a residential complex, the location is easy to find. I ordered the signature braised pork belly, 78 yuan a serving, and the portion was indeed large. The pork was stewed until very tender, fatty but not greasy, and went perfectly with rice.

The kitchen at this restaurant is open-plan, so you can see the chefs working inside just by watching the TV in the main dining area. You can eat there with complete peace of mind, and it's also a great place to bring kids.

The braised pork intestines and stir-fried beef with yellow peppers were especially good with rice, and the dumpling soup was warm and comforting. Sitting by the window, watching the sky slowly darken outside was very pleasant.
