川渝多禾餐厅

This restaurant is right at the entrance of the food street; I'd passed by it several times before without noticing. The storefront looks ordinary, but the inside is quite clean. The key thing is that it has an open kitchen; I sat there for half an hour and didn't smell of cooking oil on me at all, which is really rare. I recommend it if you're worried about smelling like cooking oil after eating.

This restaurant's braised pork belly is amazing! It's fatty but not greasy, and melts in your mouth. I ate almost half a plate by myself. Did you come here for this dish too? Me too, haha!

The owner is from Chongqing, and the dishes are spicy just right. It's said that the chili peppers are all imported from Chongqing and Sichuan.
