Wow, this breakfast shop is amazing! Sitting on a blue plastic stool by the street early in the morning, the steaming hot buns are just coming out of the steamer, and the pork and scallion filling smells so good! A steamer is only 18 yuan, and with a bowl of millet porridge for 2 yuan, it's so comforting haha!

Locals don't usually go there, but this steamed bun shop is really something special. The vegetarian fennel buns are even more fragrant than the meat ones, with thin skins and generous fillings, bursting with juice with every bite. You'll definitely have to queue during mealtimes, but it's worth it for the taste.

I've tried many places before, but this beef bun is the one I really crave. It's a 30-year-old establishment, and the filling is incredibly fragrant; the broth bursts out with every bite. I recommend eating it while it's hot, as the flavor diminishes significantly when it's cold.
