Dingjia Fire-baked Bread at Donkey Restaurant is a long-established shop located on the west side of the north gate of Longtan Park. The fire-baked bread has a crispy skin and the donkey meat is fragrant. It is fat but not greasy and lean but not dry. The freshly-made fire-baked bread is stuffed with donkey meat and has an authentic taste. The price is a bit expensive!

Baoding Xiaoli Shaomai Restaurant is a well-known, time-honored shaomai shop, characterized by its thin wrappers, generous fillings, and flower-shaped dumplings. It boasts over 30 years of traditional craftsmanship and offers a wide variety of dishes, with shaomai as its specialty. The Dehui Road branch is located at No. 316 Dehui Road, Jingxiu District. It has a small courtyard, and there may be queues during peak hours. The meat and seafood shaomai is highly recommended.

I&#39;ve had this braised chicken before, and the portion size is really generous. I highly recommend ordering a side of wide, flat noodles. The noodles coated in the sauce are even more flavorful than the chicken.

我们这边本地人吃羊肉，其实不太去这种花里胡哨的店。不过他家那个铁盘上桌滋啦滋啦的动静，确实有点意思，闻着就香。

Locals here don&#39;t usually go to fancy restaurants like this when they eat lamb. But the sizzling sound of the hot plate being served is quite interesting, and it smells delicious.
