I specifically chose a window seat when I visited this Japanese restaurant last time. To be honest, the view was fantastic, very pleasant. However, I want to warn you about their desserts. While they seem to have a wide variety and are beautifully presented, I tried a few and found them all a bit too sweet; they became cloying after a couple of bites. I suggest you try one or two items first, rather than ordering a whole plate like I did.
This Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor of Beiguo Xiantianxia is absolutely amazing! The decor is a very comfortable Japanese style, and the side dishes and desserts change every time I go—they really understand girls, haha! My favorite is still the sukiyaki, paired with a smooth, pasteurized egg. One bite and I'm completely satisfied. I just can't stop eating it! 🥰
I frequent this hot pot buffet in Baoding, mainly because their Wagyu beef is so delicious! The slices are thinly cut, and it's especially flavorful when cooked in the sukiyaki broth. Remember to go early, otherwise there'll be a queue at the Wagyu beef station.
