Wangshunjinge

The fish head stew with flatbread truly lives up to its signature dish; it comes in a huge bowl. The fish meat is tender and incredibly flavorful when soaked in the broth. Tear off a piece of flatbread and dip it in, letting it absorb the broth, making it soft and infused with the fish aroma—it's incredibly satisfying to eat.

When I visited this restaurant before, it was indeed much quieter after the renovation. The addition of partitions in the main hall meant I could chat with friends without being disturbed.

I used to only order fish head soup with flatbread when I came to this restaurant, but later I tried the roast duck. The skin was really crispy, and the meat was tender enough. I highly recommend you drink the duck soup; don't waste it.
