A time-honored brand in Baotou, delicious and affordable, the best choice for dinner parties!
The environment is elegant and comfortable, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is pure, and most importantly, the price is very affordable. It is worth going!
The taste is good and the portion is large. The price is moderate and it is quite good.
This is definitely a time-honored establishment that Baotou locals and tourists alike are crazy about! During National Day, the line was so long I almost doubted my life. But the first bite was enough to tell you it was worth it! 🏠Lucheng Restaurant 📍No. 195, Huancheng Road, Donghe District, Baotou, Inner Mongolia 💰80-120 RMB per person ⏰11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM ➡️Must-Order Recommendations: 1⃣Siomai: Thin wrappers, generous fillings, and juicy broth! The lamb filling is fresh and fragrant without any greasy smell. It bursts with juices when you bite into it, and it's absolutely delicious when dipped in vinegar and chili oil. 2⃣Roast Duck: It's on par with Peking duck! The duck skin is crispy, the meat is tender, and paired with sweet bean sauce and a scallion roll, I could easily devour half a duck. 3⃣ Golden Soup Pickled Fish: The perfect amount of sour and spicy, super appetizing, the fish is fresh and tender, and I'll want to finish the soup. 4⃣ Braised Pork Strip Roll: The meat is tender and flavorful, and the pancake and scallion roll are incredibly satisfying. 5⃣ Grilled Flounder Tail: The fish is tender and flavorful, and the grilled fish is incredibly fragrant. Be sure to go early on holidays‼ ️ We arrived at 6:30 on National Day and had an hour-long line. There's a waiting area inside for tea and sunflower seeds. The waiters are very friendly and proactive in helping to keep up with orders. #BaotouFood #Inner MongoliaFood #Old-FamousRestaurant #Must-EatCheck-In #WhereToEatWeekend
Recommended: This time-honored, state-owned restaurant is the perfect place to experience authentic Baotou home-style cooking. Signature Dish: A stew of pork belly, blood sausage, and sauerkraut. The pork belly is fatty but not greasy, the blood sausage is tender, and the sauerkraut absorbs the meat's flavor, making it a perfect winter tonic. Fried Sour Porridge: A Baotou staple, stir-fried with fermented millet porridge, it's sour and appetizing.
