食碗粉(嘉福店)

I went there because of the Michelin recommendation, and it didn't disappoint! The signature braised pork belly was absolutely amazing, it melted in my mouth, and I could easily eat three bowls of rice with the sauce! It was worth the trip just for this one bite, haha!

This restaurant is easy to find; it's located on the third floor of the mall, near the escalator. It's not a large place, but it's quite clean and suitable for chatting with friends. I suggest you come early, otherwise you might have to wait for a table during peak hours.

Lao You Beef Rice Noodles paired with Jia Tianxia Soy Milk – you can't go wrong with this combination! The rice noodles have a perfectly authentic pickled bamboo shoot flavor, and the soy milk is just the right amount to cut through the spiciness. I highly recommend ordering this when you go; you won't regret it.
